1. Blanco River House – south of Wimberley – COMING SOON

A residence designed for a narrow lot overlooking the Blanco River. A constrained site with limited buildable area will require careful planning.

2. Private Family Complex – located on acreage between Wimberley and Dripping Springs – COMING SOON

A group of modest sized homes designed for full and part time use. There will be a full-time residence with (2) part time homes for visiting family members. A communal building for all to gather together will be the center piece of the complex. A shop building, rain water collection system and solar power system is also planned.

3. Private Residence located on 5 acres West of Wimberley overlooking the Blanco River– COMING SOON

The project is being designed to be built in 2 phases. Phase One will establish the utility infrastructure for the entire project plus a shop with a small living quarters for weekend use, construction scheduled for completion by the end of 2018. The main house wil be built in Phase Two in 2021.
